Dr. Shaoxian ZHANG is a fellow in Singularity, with the focus on the themes of Green Energy and Sustainability.

Shaoxian ZHANG received his Ph.D. training on semiconductor devices from TU Eindhoven. After his Ph.D.training, he worked at ASML as a Design Engineer for four years. In 2007, he founded Vision and Action, with 60+ technical staff locating in various offices in Eindhoven in the Netherlands and a number of cities in China with Wuxi as a base, in three business sectors: Environment, Solar energy, and Photonics.

In addition to being an entrepreneur and engineer, Dr. Shaoxian ZHANG has been dedicating his effort and  passion to education and knowledge exchanging across the world.
