Dr. iur. Urs Lustenberger, a fellow of Singularity Academy and head of SwissCham ASIA, and Prof. Dr. Ying Zhang, the president of Singularity Academy, welcomed a high-level delegation from Da Nang City, Vietnam, led by the Da Nang city committee’s permanent vice chairman Mr. Ho Ky Ming, on Nov 12. 2025 for a productive and forward-looking exchange.

During the meeting, Da Nang City officially invited Dr. Urs Lustenberger to serve as an advisor for the development of their new arbitration center. The delegation also extended a warm invitation to Singularity Academy to visit Da Nang as soon as possible to deepen collaboration and begin shaping the roadmap for this important project.
